Nice big open space and super clean. I thought all the grilling would cause smoke issues but there was nothing of the sort. Customer service was good. Location is great- parking isnt an issue unless maybe its a super busy weekend. I don't think the bbq is too spicy but I guess everybody has a different tolerance level. You grab everything yourself so you can go crazy on the chutneys. I like that they give you a onions/cucumbers and tomatoes salad with each order. Sure you can ask for more if needed. I like the concept. No curries or biryanis. Just straight up BBQ. Since that's all they do- you know its focused and fresh and yummy. *Gola kabab- Was amazing- soft and juicy *Lamb chops- Don't even get me started- best chops I have ever had. Juicy and tender and grilled to perfection. *Bihairi beef kabab- Done so good. Tender and flavorful *Garlic Naan- Soft and fluffy *Paratha- Soft and fluffy (But who you fooling- even I know this a puri) But I will tell you that it goes so well with the BBQ! *Falooda- A drink dessert. Really good. *Halwa- Like homemade- not too sweet *Golganda- The Falooda was good but this was just the thing you need after eating tons of BBQ. I have never had this dessert and was shocked at how such a simple dessert like shaved ice with flavorings can be soooooo good. This is a must after the main course- Cools you down and clears out the palette from all the spices. Refreshing is the word Only thing that I was not a fan of and was surprised at how inedible it was, is the chicken tikka leg. This should be the stand out but failed. Worst tikka leg I have ever had. It seemed like it was left under a heating lamp after being grilled for a day. So incredibly dry and had texture of wood. Very bland- there was zero flavor. What is going on? Whatever is going on back in the kitchen, change it up and improve on it. Unacceptable from a place that nails everything else. I will try the chicken boti next time and update here on how that was. Overall- Best Paki BBQ in the Bay Area. If you love grilled meat then hit this spot. The most important info/detail/advice I can give you- IF YOU WANT THE TRUE AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE AND TASTE/FLAVORS THEN GO AND SIT AT THE RESTAURANT AND EAT. UNLESS BBQ IS SERVED HOT AND FRESH OFF THE GRILL- IT WON'T TASTE THE SAME. TO GO ORDERS WILL NOT DO IT JUSTICE. REAL BBQ FANS WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN-

Greasy! But so good! The spicy chicken was SUPER spicy and flavorful, reccomend if you are a spice enthusiast. The masala egg paled in comparison to all the other flavors, but was great as leftovers the next day in a sandwich. Fast and easy service, worth a try for a great budget meal!

Out of all the places I have tried for Chicken Malai Boti kebab in the bay area, this is my absolute favorite! It is soft, juicy (where almost every other restaurant has it rather dry to my liking) and the flavor is top-notch. Other things were ok for me, have tried the Seekh kebab, Chicken Tangdi, Grilled Fish, Falooda. I have always done a pick-up order, but the ambience here is casual and decent. Service sometimes can be quite slow, and at times messy.

Dope ass food, dope ass vibes. Meat was well spiced, I've almost never had boti that tasted this good in the bay elsewhere. Suggest getting only boti (chicken, beef) as these are the best items on their menu. Also not to forget, they're probably the only place in the bay serving decent sugarcane juice. Lastly, pakola is empirically better tasting than any other cola. Pakistanis know their shit.

Came here on a Friday night at 11:30pm and was so happy they're a late night food and dessert place! Surprisingly there was a lot of people eating at that time so it was busy. But nonetheless, the girl who served us in the front was so sweet and helpful. We came there for dessert and so glad we did. I got the kulfi ice cream and it was light and creamy, so good 10/10! The ferrero rocher ice cream tasted exactly like the chocolate, spot on. The place had a good space, there was seating in the front and back of the restaurant which was nice. Will be coming back to try the food

Bundoo Khan opened in Rubio's Coastal Grill's space. Obviously retrofitted to reflect BK's culture & food. Didn't understand fully their menu, didn't order accordingly. Couldn't order on order kiosk as a result. Live cashier not helpful as drinks & breads offered didn't fit my ideal food profile. Offerings: rolls, drinks, BBQ Bodi, BBQ, breakfast, rolls, extras, Eats: signature seekh kebabs (12/$14) -ground chicken & beef meat marinated in spices bbq. Dipping sauce of tamarind imli chutney raita(minty yogurt dip of jalepenos, garlic..) provided all the flava. Kebabs moist/semi-juicy, subtle tastes.. *passed on sugary drinks, rice & fried parantha... -noticed bread made fresh on site.

As someone who has been to the locations in karachi, i love this place because it reminds me of home. The parathas are just pike they were in karachi - the most authentic in the USA so far. Naan obviously could use some work because it's not made in a tandoor, and thus is very doughy. For some reason, more recently, the chicken tikka has been coming out drier than usual which has been disappointing. Food normally comes out pretty quickly so this is a good place for having a quick sit down dinner - if you can grab a table. Side note: i really wish they would start selling merch with the "straight out of karachi" t shirts that all the employees wear.

I've been here twice - both times, we went with big groups and tried a variety of items: Chicken malai boti - Barbecued boneless chicken marinated with fresh cream and our special blend of rich spices Beef bihari boti - Barbecued chunks of beef marinated with natural tenderizers and our special Bihari mixture of delectable ground spices Chicken + beef seekh kabob - Our signature barbecued kabobs seasoned with our famous blend of rich spices Naan - A soft, pillowy flatbread freshly baked to order Puri paratha - Deep-fried, crispy, buttery, flaky flatbread made fresh in-house using a unique folding and layering technique The biggest sticking point is the waiting - wait in a long line to order, and then a long wait to receive the food. The next sticking point is that it's all BBQ, so you'll probably feel something is missing without the salan, nihari, haleem, biryani, etc. Ignoring the wait and the lack of non-BBQ items, the food is mostly great! The malai chicken boti and the bihari kabob were the stand outs for me - tender and flavorful. On the flip side, the naan is disappointing - flat and flavorless. Bundoo Khan is definitely a place to try if you like Pakistani BBQ (and don't mind waiting).
